　Success-based fee structures are rare in the visa field, but we proudly offer this approach at our firm.

　You will only be charged after your visa has been officially approved.

※Depending on the content or complexity of your case, we may charge a consultation fee or an initial service fee. In some situations, we may also apply time-based billing.

(Examples: Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services, Highly Skilled Professional, Intra-Company Transferee, etc.)

 

１　Legal Consultation Fee

0 yen (The second and all following consultations are also free)

２　Work Visa

Application for Work Visa (for entry to Japan)	¥77,000~ (tax included)
Application for Change of Residence Status	¥77,000~ (tax included)
Application for Extension of Period of Stay	¥77,000~ (tax included)

Notes:

①If you plan to submit 10 or more applications, such as through a recruitment agency, we can offer a discounted rate. Please let us know during the consultation.

②Depending on the details and complexity of the case, we may charge a consultation fee or an upfront fee. The final fee may also be adjusted (either reduced or increased), or calculated on time-based billing.

③In some cases, we may not be able to accept a second and all following consultations for the same case.

④In addition to out-of-pocket expenses, you may also be required to cover travel expenses when necessary.

⑤You may cancel the contract at any time before the case is completed. In such cases, we will calculate the fee based on the work already performed.
